A few times there was a 5th Thursday.
1941 - Business owners complained to Franklin D. Rosevelt.
it would hurt retailers because less time for Christmas
shopping.
Congress passed law that it would be celebrated of the 4th Thursday of the month.
Why Thursday and not Friday?
